My research primarily focuses on the effects of the situation, especially the stress and leadership conditions of a situation, on team processes and outcomes – if you can’t see the fun or relevance, let me know. I’ll show you.
My teaching focuses on organizational psychology in action – and much like my research seeks to teach students how to harness human capital (their own and that of others) and be effective in various situations.
Most of all I love to share what I learn. Be that through teaching, mentoring, speaking engagements, consulting, sharing data findings, collaborating, volunteering, designing, whatever. If you want to learn anything I might know – get in touch!
